T.A. Hay (folk artist)

T.A. Hay was a Kentucky native tobacco farmer until the age of eighty. After his wife died, he spent his final years "recreating his rural life in miniature, slowly turning the seven rooms of his house into what amounted to a museum of pre-industrial agriculture". He paints nature and things from common life.
